It the Clown
The tattoo above is a portrait of Stephan King's IT (also known as Pennywise the Dancing Clown). The customer wanted to keep the majority of his sleeve tattoo evil, so he decided to add this image to the design. 'It' represents evil because in the book it had the ability to transform itself into its prey's worst fears.
